Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the Sennheiser product in its original box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the initial shipment.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered or removed.
Drop Off and Refund
